This decision leaves the way clear for Arsenal to try and make a deal. Fernandez has had a hard time playing his best football at Chelsea, and a move could help him. Chelsea might be open to selling him if the price is right. Arsenal want to add more good players to their squad. With Real Madrid out of the way, Arsenal now have a much better chance of signing him soon.
