The club wants to share what they have learned from running their own successful sides, Millwall Romans and Millwall Pride. More and more people want to play inclusive football, and Millwall wants to help meet this demand. By sharing this guide, they hope to make the game a welcoming place for everyone. Now, other clubs can use these simple steps to support LGBTQ+ players and fans in their own local areas.
