Tuchel reveals Team GB have been helping England get ready for World Cup heat

Published Entry Strategy Track — 2-JUN-2026

England manager Thomas Tuchel believes his team can go far in the World Cup despite the hot weather. To get ready for the heat, England got help from Team GB and other experts who know how to deal with hot conditions. Most of the twenty-six players flew to Miami on Monday for a ten-day training camp to get used to the warm weather. However, some key stars will arrive later. Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice, Noni Madueke, and Eberechi Eze were given extra time to rest after playing in the Champions League final. Goalkeeper Dean Henderson will also join the group late because he played in the Conference League final last week. Tuchel is confident that his players are fully prepared for the challenge ahead.
