Manchester United have finalized plans to construct a new 100,000-capacity home stadium just 350 meters from Old Trafford to serve as the heart of a major multi-billion-pound regeneration project.

Manchester United have officially confirmed that their proposed 100,000-seater stadium will be constructed roughly 350 meters northwest of the iconic Old Trafford ground.

Unveiled on Thursday alongside Trafford Council’s updated Wharfside Master plan, the landmark arena will anchor a brand-new, mixed-use Stadium District spanning 150 hectares to generate local employment, transport upgrades, and massive urban growth.
