Real Madrid has escalated its legal offensive in the Negreira case by requesting that UEFA strip Barcelona of historical titles and demanding a full disclosure of Barcelona’s internal compliance records and third-party financial audits.

Real Madrid has intensified its legal battle in the Negreira case, formally requesting that UEFA strip Barcelona of all trophies won during the period under investigation.

Acting as a private prosecutor, Madrid’s legal team is demanding that the judge compel Barcelona to hand over its complete internal compliance records from 2010 to 2018 to examine their anti-corruption frameworks.

Furthermore, the club has urged Spain’s Civil Guard to recover missing financial documentation, including invoices, payment authorizations, and audits from linked companies Tresep, Radamanto, and Best Norton.

Real Madrid argues these key records are still absent from the case files and are crucial to demonstrating the financial circuitry behind the alleged sports corruption.
