Nigerian crew assigned to officiate Medeama vs. TP Mazembe CAF CL clash
Nigerian match officials have been selected by continental football authorities to oversee the upcoming preliminary-round opener between Medeama SC and TP Mazembe.
Ahead of the upcoming continental showdown, the continental governing body has entrusted a seasoned crew of Nigerian match officials to manage the crunch opening leg between Ghana’s representatives and DR Congo heavyweights TP Mazembe.
Joseph Odey Ogabor will take charge in the middle as the central referee, backed by assistant referees Tejiri Besmart Digbori and Ahmad Tijani Mustapha, while Salisu Basher completes the on-field team as the fourth official.
The highly anticipated fixture is set to light up the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa, where the local side will be aiming to exploit home conditions against one of African football’s most decorated powerhouses.
